It was a combination of our (my wife and me) decision to move to live in Hessen and some lucky job-hunting grind work to actually find this match with a cool thing called Sensory-Minds. I was very happy to find about what is done at Sensory-Minds because the innovation and experimental work done here really got to me.
Like most of work where you'd work on already implemented systems and incorporated processes it's about digging through the huge piles of documentation and even more code while trying to make developers happy - it's really a delicate detective work. And sensitive, especially if you aim to satisfy customers.
Trying to squeeze each little improvement over in some process gets me to feel like there's a whole new world of opportunity for everybody, which is a feeling of making world a better place that drives me.
As you can see I've got this awesome shirt.
