Although we are divided organizationally, we are one big team working towards a greater goal. After work parties, virtual get togethers and trips happen regularly no matter which job or team you work in. We can't wait for the pandemic to be over, so we can see us more often again!

Ranjana - Business Unit Director
Ranjana joined the team in 2018 and is Business Unit Director since 2020. Her industry experience ranges from publicizing, marketing to advertising. Her team is mainly taking care of our longest customer (basically we work with them since the beginning of SENSORY-MINDS) in the field of entertainment. As a hobby she enjoys collecting interior design classics, western riding, yoga and wakeboarding.
Jenny, Dr. Jen (yes the title is real!) - Business Unit Director
After her dissertation in theatre studies she started in project management in the area of apps and e-books. In 2013 she joined SENSORY-MINDS and made her way up to being Business Unit director for one of our biggest customers. In her free time she enjoys amusement parks and probably dreams of owning an axolotl.
Besides being a tough BUD, handling trillions of matters simultaneously, she is a down to earth leader. Only a squirrel on the SENSORY balcony might ever distract her!
